Running out of space in Zimbra? If your account space becomes full, you will no longer receive emails.  Email messages with big attachments such as PDFs, photos, PowerPoint presentations, and video files can use up large amounts of your storage space. 1. Copy and paste the following search string into the search text box: has:attachment larger:2m
  2. Make sure the drop down list to the right of the search box is set to "Mail"
  3. Click the "Search" button

Note: some users may already have a "Big Attachments" saved search located under your folders in the left pane of Zimbra.
