- Summer Opportunities Fair (In-Person Event)
- Time: 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Location: Union Grand Ballroom
- Description: Do you need a job or internship this summer? Are you seeking opportunities to build real-life, career-related skills? On Thursday, February 17, 50 organizations will be on campus recruiting students from all majors to fill summer, seasonal, and internship positions in areas such as food service, lifeguards, camp counselors (day & overnight), sports coaches, golf course staff, fitness staff, park maintenance and grounds crews, activity instructors, inclusion aids and media relations. Organizations represented will be park districts, YMCAs, conservations districts, and camps from Chicago, as well as throughout Midwest and East Coast. This is a great opportunity to get a jump start toward securing a well-paying, skill driven job this summer. All attendees must wear a mask while attending the event.
