US Constitution Day - The Value of Voting

Location: Brattain Lounge & Capitol Room, University Union
Description: The WIU Political Science Department and Centennial Honors College are sponsoring the U.S. Constitution Day event on September 18, 2023 11:00am-Noon in the WIU Brattain Lounge for the student poster session and Noon - 1:00pm in the WIU Capitol Room to watch the panelists. The theme this year is "The Value of Voting" and the panelists will be Dr. Randy Glean, Associate Vice President of Global Studies; Dr. Jongho Lee, Professor, Department of Political Science; and Angel Obasoyin, Pre-Law Major, Department of Political Science. The event Moderator will be Dr. Richard Hardy, Dan and Laura Webb Professor of Political Science. This may also be viewed live stream at https://www.youtube.com/user/WesternIllinoisU.
