- Description: This is a family friendly rock and mineral show with activities for young and old alike, dealers where rocks, minerals and jewelry may be purchased, demonstrators showing how to wire-wrap, crack geodes, do beading, and facet.
For youngsters under 18, there are two tickets each given out at the registration desk for a free turn at the spin and win game as well as the fossil dig. There is even a touch and feel display where young people can pick up rocks and minerals and examine them.
The fluorescent mineral display will show how some rocks glow when exposed to black lights. The silent auction is always fun for trying to purchase rocks, minerals, fossils, and so much more. Free admission.
