- Description: Service provided by the Department of Kinesiology. Finger-stick bloodwork measures cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, and glucose levels. A 12-hour fast is required. Employee Cost is $25.00, make checks payable to Kinesiology Public Services
