This day has been established to introduce the new winter annual crop Field Pennycress to local producers. Researchers along with industry representatives will be present to discuss this very unique short season crop. Unfortunately, with the extremely cold weather this winter, the plots are struggling to get started this spring. We will discuss the results from the previous year and have a chance to tour the plots.
