*A note from the composer...
Air Enwrinding All (2023), for clarinet and piano, was composed for my long-time colleague and friend Eric Ginsberg. Material from an eight-note collection is worked out in several recurring moods and attitudes in two tempos. The title is from a line in Walt Whitman’s “Italian Music in Dakota.”
