Alumni Directory Project

WIU logoThe Western Illinois University Alumni Association recently launched an Alumni Directory project and we invite you to participate in updating your Alumni information!

"Many WIU Alumni have requested an updated Alumni Directory and because it has been 10 years since our last directory was published, we believe it is time for a new one," said Director of Alumni Programs Amy Spelman. "The directory is a great way for us to help our Alumni stay connected to each other and to reconnect with classmates who now live around the world. Some will prefer a hard copy directory which can be used much like a telephone book, and others may prefer an electronic version. With all the changes in technology, our Alumni have the option to order one in either a hard copy or in a CD-ROM, depending on their personal preference."

The comprehensive alumni data verification project will help the Alumni Association make sure your alumni information is as up-to-date as possible which in turn will make the directory even more helpful to those who want to reach out to fellow Leathernecks. In the coming weeks and months, WIU alumni will receive a request via mail to call in and update their Alumni information. "We hope you will consider making that call as we continue to do all we can to connect you to your alma mater," Spelman added.
