Request Instruction

About

Please Note: Due to space limitations and high demand, we are no longer able to schedule classrooms or classes without a librarian the first two weeks of the semester. Also, in order that librarians have ample time to adjust schedules, prepare to teach, etc., we ask that faculty submit requests for course-related instruction at least two weeks in advance. Requests for instruction submitted on notice of less than two weeks may not be filled. Please do not consider an instruction session to be scheduled until you receive a confirmation, via e-mail, of your request. All requests for instruction are considered on first come first serve basis. Please allow 2 working days for your event to appear on the WIU Online Calendar. See the Policy for Library Instruction and the Policy for Library Classrooms or contact the Instruction Services Coordinator, Sean Cordes at cs-cordes@wiu.edu for more information.

High School Visits to Malpass Library

Please Note: This form should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the visit. See the Policy on Visits to the Library by Area High Schools (Adobe Acrobat format).

Requests submitted with less than two weeks notice may not be filled and visits are not permitted during the last two weeks of WIU's semesters. If students intend to check out books, the school must send in advance a list of names by fax (309-298-2791) or surface mail to:
