Classroom Support Services (CSS) is the University Technology unit that is responsible for designing, building, maintaining, upgrading and supporting all WIU general-use electronic classrooms and video conference facilities. There are thirty-three general-use electronic classrooms and five general-use video conference classrooms for which CSS is primarily responsible. In addition, CSS collaborates with college and division technical staff to support instruction and conference efforts in their learning and conference spaces.

General-use electronic and video conference classrooms can be scheduled for use by students, faculty and staff by contacting the Registrar's office. The primary user of each facility is given priority when scheduling courses for the semester.
