Use the free Adobe Reader or other PDF reader application to fill in and print (but not save and/or e-mail) the downloadable graduate announcement order form to mail, fax. or drop it off at DPS. You must use Adobe Acrobat Pro (or some other full-featured PDF application) to save and/or e-mail a filled-in PDF form.
When ordering by e-mail, phone, or fax, please provide the following information:
- graduate's name (exactly as it should appear on the announcement)
- graduate's degree (e.g., Bachelor of Arts, Master of Science, or Doctor of Education)
- graduate's major
- graduation date and time (see Commencement Schedule)
- announcement paper choice & quantity
- envelope paper choice & quantity
- font choice
- contact name
- contact phone
Proofs
DPS provides proofs in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format via email.
Pick Up or Delivery
- Customers may pick up completed orders at DPS (map of DPS's location).
- Customers may have DPS ship completed orders to a standard mailing address (for an additional charge).
