Orders can be submitted by e-mail, by phone at (309) 298-1000, or in person (see the DPS Contact page for location information).
Use the free Adobe Reader or other PDF reader application to fill in and print (but not save and/or e-mail) the downloadable graduate announcement order form to mail, fax. or drop it off at DPS. You must use Adobe Acrobat Pro (or some other full-featured PDF application) to save and/or e-mail a filled-in PDF form.
When ordering by e-mail or phone, please provide the following information:
- graduate's name (exactly as it should appear on the announcement)
- graduate's major
- graduate's degree (bachelor's or master's)
- graduation date and time (see Commencement Schedule)
- announcement paper choice & quantity (see below*)
- envelope paper choice & quantity
- font choice
- contact name
- contact phone
* minimum order of two (2) invitations
Completed orders can be picked up at DPS or shipped to a standard mailing address (for an additional charge).
