Pam Powell and Shannon Sutton are the two grant accountants located in the Business Office in 220 Sherman Hall. They may be reached at (309) 298-1811.
When you receive an award, you will be assigned a grant accountant. They are responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of your account. Expenditures will be entered against your account by Pam or Shannon so they are aware of all fiscal activities. Pam or Shannon will submit invoices to your funding agency so WIU can receive payment. They are also responsible for any final fiscal reporting requirements.
Pam and Shannon possess a wealth of knowledge regarding business office practices and the fiscal policies of many funding agencies. Sponsored Projects works closely with Pam and Shannon on a daily basis to make sure your project is running smoothly.
