EXPERIENCE first-hand the methods and technologies used to process crime scenes, to respond to emergency incidents, to assist the public in real-world situations, and to develop skills and techniques for problem-solving and community-building.

INTERACT with WIU faculty and learn how to take polygraphs, process fingerprints, investigate human tracking or cyber investigations, interview individuals and detect deception, analyze blood spatter, and prepare for natural or manmade disasters using drone and GIS technology.

ENGAGE with faculty in problem-solving and team building exercises and use the firing range under the supervision of military personnel.

DISCOVER the myriad of career options available with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration, Fire Protective Services, and Emergency Management or a Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Administration. Learn the options available to those who earn a minor in Military Science.

This Open House will utilize state-of-of-the-art technologies and techniques allowing you the opportunity to interact and spend time engaging in activities and meeting with individuals that directly connect with your interests.
