On Thursday, March 25th at 7:00 p.m. Professor Jim McCommons will present the Centennial Honors College 10th Anniversary Lecture, "Passenger Rail Service in America." The lecture will be held at Western Illinois University Malpass Library Garden Lounge.

Professor McCommons' recent book, Waiting on a Train: The Embattled Future of American Rail Service, is a Library Journal choice for Best Books of 2009.
