IRS Tax Forms Outlet Program

The Government and Legal Information Unit of the University Libraries (4th Floor, Malpass Library) is pleased to announce that it is participating in the IRS Tax Forms Outlet Program once again. This means that anyone needing printed tax forms can come in to pick pick them up. University Libraries has all 140 forms and instructions as well as common 1040 schedules. The Libraries also has a limited number of Illinois tax forms available. A list of the IRS and Illinois tax forms available can be found at: http://wiu.libguides.com/taxforms. Users can also call the Government and Legal Information Unit at 309-298-2722 to ensure that forms are available.

Forms can also be accessed electronically through the Government and Legal Information Unit website at http://www.wiu.edu/libraries/govpubs/taxes/. Questions can be directed to the Government and Legal Information Unit at 309-298-2722. However, library personnel in the Unit cannot give advice on filling out tax forms.
