Western Illinois University Libraries will host its annual book sale from 10 a.m-6 p.m. each day from Monday-Thursday, Feb. 2-5. The sale will take place in the Leslie F. Malpass Library staff lounge, located on the first floor.

University Libraries' book sale is open to the public, and most books are available for purchase for $1 (hardbacks) or 50 cents (paperbacks). Cash or check payments will be accepted. According to Library Specialist Greg Phelps, proceeds from the sale go towards library programming and materials.

“This year we have a huge hardback fiction section, with most in brand-new condition,” said Phelps. A variety of other genres, including fiction and textbooks, will also be available, he added.

For more information, or to donate materials for the sale, contact Phelps at (309) 298-2730 or at GW-Phelps@wiu.edu.
