Pictures of Participants at the Authors Reception

WIU Libraries hosted the fourth annual "WIU Authors Recognition Reception" on April 28, 2008 in Malpass Library's Garden Lounge. President Al Goldfarb and Provost Jack Thomas were the featured speakers for the event, which recognized Western Illinois University faculty and staff who published books, articles and other materials during the 2006 calendar year. There were 249 distinct articles submitted by 180 WIU authors. A bibliography of submitted materials (pdf) published during 2007 was created for the event. The following snapshots highlight portions of the festivities.
