Scheduling & Event Services

The Scheduling & Event Services office is responsible for scheduling facilities in the University Union, outdoor events, and non-athletic events at Western Hall.

University Union Facilities

Centrally located on the campus of Western Illinois University, the University Union offers a comfortable, convenient facility for conferences, meetings, special events, receptions and catered meals. Twenty rooms can be adapted to meet the needs of groups from 10 to 1200. Various room sizes and setups are available to accommodate different types of functions. Wireless internet is available in all areas.
