E-tutoring appointments allow you to upload a writing project in advance during a scheduled time slot and receive feedback at the end of that time slot. You do not need to be online for your appointment.

Online appointments allow you to work with a consultant in real time, using video, audio, or chat only, as you work in a shared viewing space.
