Nan Norcross, English Graduate Student

Nan, an English graduate student by night and the business manager of a Quad Cities not-for-profit organization by day, enjoys working with students in what she calls the "no grade-no stress" atmosphere of the writing center. Her specialty is business and resume writing, but she also invites students to bring writing projects from across the curriculum.
