Office of Assessment, Accreditation and Strategic Planning

The office of Assessment, Accreditation and Strategic Planning is located within the Provost’s office. AASP provides guidance to individuals and groups making decisions or establishing policies in support of the strategic goals or the mission of Western Illinois University. These include university-wide assessments, regional and program-specific self-studies and accreditation, and planning needs across the university. The three components of assessment, accreditation and strategic planning work together to make certain that the University is providing a high-quality educational experience and is also consistently improving.
