Brassfest 2013
WIU's annual Brassfest 2013 will feature the Chestnut Brass Company on Sunday, January 20, 2013.
Brassfest is a daylong festival, featuring performances, clinics, and a buffet dinner.

Welcome our new Graduate Trumpet Assistant: Barkey Bryant
Barkey comes to WIU from Gallatin, TN, where he spent his time working with youth at his church in the areas of music ,
teaching, and leadership training. He will be seeking to earn a Master's degree in Jazz Studies, Instrumental Performance.
He will be assisting Dr. Briney in the trumpet studio and performing with the Lamoine Brass Quintet.
