Completion Date October 1, 2015

Project Description

A generous donation from a Macomb native and her husband to honor her late parents' legacy at Western Illinois University made this project possible (wiu.edu/alumni/groundsrenovation.php). When completed, the original porch-level will extend to the north and to the east with overall L-shaped footprint and will be covered in limestone. New steps leading to a lower level flagstone patio will be installed and the two levels will be separation be limestone planter. Both levels will be ADA accessible via a curvilinear flagstone aisle allowing greater access to the Alumni House.

We hope to have the project done in time for Homecoming 2015.

Updates

The handrails have been installed and the project is now complete.
