Project Description

The main intention of Thompson Lobby Remodeling project was to update the front desk and entire lobby environment. The project’s basis of design was to upgrade all finishes to enhance all residents and their visitors experiences while at Thompson Hall. The modern enhancements are to better represent the current generation while embracing and incorporating L.E.E.D. design principles, architectural design, and construction methodology at any opportunity. Digital infrastructure, three tv monitors, and two carpet-tile areas were incorporated around the elevator bank to encourage gathering and interaction.

Lastly, the history of this facility was honored by including predominant milestones onto vinyl wall covering material installed by NE entry.
