Learning is Forever (L.I.F.E.)

The Macomb L.I.F.E. program is affiliated with the Elderhostel Institute Network (EIN), a national organization of over 150 similar groups devoted to adult education.

In the Macomb area, L.I.F.E. was launched through the Western Illinois University School of Continuing Education, in 1995, and is now sponsored by the university’s Non-Credit Programs Office. An independently administrated organization, it is composed of area residents who develop the courses, select the teachers, establish the class fees, and promote the curriculum.
