The staging shall be available for use other than that which is stated above for the following purposes:

  1. The production of WESTFEST on the intramural fields and behind Brophy Hall. It is understood that the staging will not be set up or left in the rain and additional overtime costs associated with insuring this will be the responsibility of the University Union Board. Movement, set up, and take down of the stage will be the responsibility of the Physical Plant personnel per Service Request submitted by University Union Board.
  2. The presentation of certain performances of the Bureau of Cultural Affairs Series Elite/University Union Board occurring in the University Union Grand Ballroom. These performances include the presentation of dance, theater, mime, or other events which require the additional height available with the Western Hall staging. Set up and take down of the stage is the responsibility of the programming department.
  3. Any request for the use of the staging in any other capacity than that which is listed above must be approved by the Office of the Dean, College of Education and Human Services. Responsibility for movement, set up, and take down of the stage in this circumstance will be assigned on a case by case basis.
