Ghost Cats
Ashley Danner
Digital Artwork using Procreate and Photoshop
$25.00 - sold
"Ever since I went to a visit to the Figge, I realized how much I missed doing art. The art show was a motivation to draw and create again since it has been something I've missed doing since being in university. Art is just something I really used to love doing, and it was nice to finish something completely and have fun. Cats are pretty cute too, so I really just wanted to draw something with pretty colors and cats. What is in the piece is a pair of neon ghost kitty cats wandering through a colorful city."
Life of Butter(s)
Ashley Danner
Digital Artwork using Canva and Photoshop
$25.00 - sold
"The cat featured in the collage is my cat, Butters. He makes the silliest expression and acts like a gremlin, so I wanted to really captivate his true personality. The words on the image are a direct quote from Jenna Marbles: "Life is short but also like terribly and insufferably long at the same time."

Crochet with cotton yarn
$25.00 - sold
"I learned how to crochet in the last six months, and it has been a really rewarding experience. Now crochet is one of my favorite hobbies, and I use it as a way to relax and clear my mind. I made this wall hanging over Spring break; this was the first crochet wall hanging I have made."
Wednesday

20" x 16"
Acrylic on canvas

"My latest work is in illustration style. The process has been lighthearted, fast, and made with materials that set quickly. Making the pieces out of materials that do not have long drying times and that I can manipulate directly on the substrate are ideal. Wednesday is inspired by the current Netflix show that is a favorite of mine and my children. I was motivated to create a piece that I knew they would love based on the subject matter."
Willa
Elaine Kaple
10 1/2 x 9"
Mixed media (pencil, pastel, marker) on paper
NFS
"My goal has been to rekindle my regular art practice. The subject matter for this piece relates to my daily life. Willa is my teenage daughter. Both of my children have been the subject of several drawings, paintings and photographs over the years and I enjoy creating their likenesses in new mediums."

"There's not too much to state about my artwork since I've only been drawing off and on for around 4-5 years all self taught. My main inspiration for drawing however was because for an english project I had to make something and I liked my creation so much that I continued to draw. Truth be told though, my art resembles that of anime which is my usual background noise while drawing."

Schematics

"Over spring break, I was tasked with working on my engineering senior design projects circuit diagrams. I built two of them during that week. They are rather colorful pieces of electrical design that I did line diagrams of. While they mean something to me, it's foreign enough that someone without extensive knowledge of electrical schematics might not understand it right away."
