Photography Rates

Effective August 1, 2023

• Passport / OPT / LEJA ID Photo: $10.00 (includes (4) printed copies at required size)
• Studio Portrait: $5.00 (includes one retouched high-resolution image of the client's choosing)
• Event Photography: Please submit a media request form for pricing and availability.
• Duplication Services:
  • 16" x 20" and smaller: Flat rate of $8.00 , plus 50 cents per item digitized
  • 20" x 24" and smaller: Flat rate of $15.00 , plus 50 cents per item digitized
• Non-university entities: $50.00 per hour

NOTE: There is no charge for marketing photography related to the promotion of academic departments and student initiatives that support the university's mission statement. The interpretation of a marketable photo opportunity is at the discretion of the PDP Photo Team and University Communications and Marketing.
