Troubleshooting

Computer screen is blank.

1) Move the mouse. The computer may be in sleep mode.

2) Check to see if power to the monitor is on.

Mouse is missing.

Check the Document Camera drawer. Sometimes the mouse is pulled from the tray and falls into the Document Camera drawer.

I do not see the computer icons on the projection screen.

The computer screen is extended instead of duplicated. To change the setting, select the windows button and P key.

Duplicate Monitor

The volume bar is at max and I still can't hear any sound.

If you are using the podium computer, check to make sure it is not muted.

The lights are too bright and wash out the projection screen.

For optimum viewing of the projection screen, turn off the projection lights.
