On Jan. 25 at 10:47 p.m. nonstudent Skylar J. Billings, 21, from Jacksonville (IL), was given a notice to appear Feb. 28 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for open alcohol in public outside of Higgins Hall.
On Jan. 27 at 1:44 a.m. Michael Joseph Workman, 18, of Tanner Hall 1520, was given a notice to appear Feb. 28 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 900 block of N. Charles street.
