On Jan. 27 at 9:34 p.m. Evan Ibsen, 19, and Gary Lawrence, 19, both of 607 Thompson Hall, was given a notice to appear Feb. 28 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Thompson.
On Jan. 28 at 12:25 a.m. Rocco Fasano, 20, of 804 N Ward St., was given a notice to appear Feb. 28 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor near the Calhoun and Clay streets intersection.
On Jan 28 at 12:42 nonstudent Yale Heady, 19, of Allen Park, MI, and Joshua Pedersen, 20, of 610 Bayliss Hall, were each given a notice to appear Feb. 28 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor near the Adams and Clay streets intersection.

March 6 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) in Washington.
On Jan. 29 at 2:36 a.m. Vanessa Zepeda, 18, of 726 Tanner Hall, was given a notice to appear Feb. 28 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Tanner.
