On Feb. 4 at 2:07 a.m. nonstudent Alexander Stewart, 19, of Frankfort (IL), was given a notice to appear March 6 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Thompson.
On Feb. 4 at 2:37 a.m. one student near Morgan Hall was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor
On Feb. 4 at 5:08 p.m. a student reported that her cell phone, valued at $400, was taken from S Stipes Hall room. Following an investigation, the phone was recovered.
On Feb. 4 at 7:35 p.m. nonstudents Kevin Sneed-Handy, 20, and Jerry Odell, 18, both of Chicago, were arrested in Tanner Hall for possession of cannabis (2.5-10 grams) and manufacture/delivery of cannabis. They were lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
On Feb. 5 at 12:15 a.m. Thomas Lally, 20, of 927 Higgins Hall, was given a notice to appear March 13 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor near the Heating Plant.
