On Feb. 10 at 10:21 p.m. two students in Thompson Hall were judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
On Feb. 10 at 10:26 a.m. Ryan Errico, 20, of 528 Higgins Hall, was arrested in Higgins for domestic battery and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
On Feb. 10 at 10:54 a.m. a student reported that her iPod, valued at $250, had been stolen from the the second floor of Stipes Hall. The theft is under investigation.
On Feb 11. at 1:36 a.m. a student reported that a bookbag and a book, for an estimated total value of $50, was stolen from the Tanner Hall third floor lounge. The theft is under investigation.
On Feb. 11 at 5:34 p.m. a student reported being harassed via computer by a person known to her. The incident is under investigation.
On Feb. 11 at 9:43 p.m. Austin Eaton, 18, of 1305 Tanner Hall, Jordan Batchelor, 19, of 1318 Tanner Hall, James Kelly, 19, of 1305 Tanner Hall, Jacob Runnion, 18, of 1302 Tanner Hall, Kyle Sullivan, 19, of 1316 Tanner Hall, and Javier Sanchez, 19, of 1318 Tanner Hall, were each given a notice to appear March 20 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Tanner.
On Feb. 12 at 1:02 a.m. Connor Keough, 18, of 1504 Tanner Hall, was arrested in Tanner for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, resisting police and aggravated battery of a police officer. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
On Feb. 12 at 2:05 a.m. David Novy, 18, of 606 Thompson Hall, and Bryana Operzedek, 19, of 1687 Thompson Hall, were each given a notice to appear March 20 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor in Thompson.
On Feb. 12 at 3:53 a.m. a student reported that she was being harassed via telephone by a person unknown to her. The incident is under investigation.
On Feb. 12 at 10:27 p.m. Anthony Stasiewicz, 18, of 504 Thompson Hall, given a notice to appear March 20 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia in Thompson.
