On Feb. 24 at 10:20 a.m. nonstudent Brandon Sanders Robinson, 22, of Burlington (IA), was arrested in Lamoine Village for domestic battery. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.

On Feb. 24 at 6:23 p.m. two students in Thompson Hall were judicially referred for behavior (harassment).

On Feb. 24 at 8:35 p.m. Rayshina Wallace, 18, of 539 Tanner Hall, was arrested for theft under $500 in connection with an alleged earlier theft of a credit card. She was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.

On Feb. 24 at 11:13 p.m. Bernard Ferrell, 20, of 511 Thompson Hall, was given a notice to appear April 3 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia in Thompson Hall. Another student was judicially referred for possession of cannabis, and another student was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

On Feb. 24 at 11:48 p.m. Nathan Dutton, 18, of 807 Tanner, was given a notice to appear April 3 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) in Tanner Hall. Four other students were judicially referred for possession of cannabis, while another student was referred for possession of cannabis and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

On Feb. 25 at 1:02 a.m. Malcolm Thompson, 18, of 820 Tanner Hall, was arrested for resisting/obstructing a peace officer. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.

On Feb. 26 at 12:54 a.m. nonstudents Taylor Steward, 18, of Westmont, and Michelle Kozi, 18, of Winfield, were each given a notice to appear April 3 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Thompson Hall. Five students were judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

On Feb. 26 at 2:46 a.m. a student reported he was struck in the face by a person known to him. The incident is under investigation.

On Feb. 26 at 3:25 a.m. Titus Perez, 19, of 504 Tanner Hall, was arrested for resisting/obstructing a peace officer and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Nonstudent Bobby Norman, 19, of Chicago, was arrested for domestic battery. The men were lodged in the McDonough County Jail.

On Feb. 26 at 1:17 p.m. a housing employee reported that eight ceiling panels on the second floor of Tanner Hall had been broken out. Damage was estimated at $220.

On Feb. 26 at 2:22 p.m. a housing employee reported that the glass from a fire extinguisher box on the second floor of Tanner Hall had been broken. A damage estimate was not available.

On Feb. 26 at 2:27 p.m. a housing employee reported criminal damage/defacement in Tanner Hall. Damage was estimated at $100.

On Feb. 26 at 2:41 p.m. a student reported that someone wrote hate-related graffiti with a marker on a car window while the vehicle was parked in the University Village lot. The incident is under investigation.

On Feb. 26 at 10:24 p.m. a student reported she was being verbally harassed by a person known to her. The incident is under investigation.
