On Feb. 29 at 1:05 p.m. a woman reported receiving harassing text messages from an unknown person. The incident is under investigation.
On March 1 at 5:25 p.m. Britini Scroggins, 18, and Erica Hudson, 19, both of 929 Thompson Hall, were each issued a city notice to appear in court on April 10 for possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis.
On March 1 at 6:15 p.m. a female reported cash missing from her purse and dresser in her residence hall room and three fraudulent charges on her debit card. The incident is under investigation.
On March 1 at 9:43 p.m. three male students were referred to judicial programs for suspicion of cannabis.
On March 1, just about 10 p.m., two students reported laptop computers had been stolen from the Leslie F. Malpass Library.
On March 1 at 11 p.m. a student reported that a laptop computer was stolen from his unlocked residence hall room.
On March 1 at 11:17 p.m. a student reported his laptop computer was stolen from his residence hall room.
On March 2 at 12:23 a.m. officers arrested Kola S. Parks, 19, of 1217 Tanner Hall for possession of 2.5 – 10 grams of cannabis with the intent to deliver. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
On March 2 at 6:25 a.m. the manager of the C-Store in Lincoln/Washington halls reported the store had been burglarized. The incident is under investigation.
