On March 2 at 6:25 a.m. a food services employee reported that a window had been broken in the Lincoln-Washington C-Store. Damage was placed at $91.23. The incident is under investigation.
On March 2 at 10:29 a.m. two students in Higgins Hall items stolen from their unlocked residence hall room: an iPhone and charger, valued at $600; two iTouches valued at $400 total; and $430 total cash. The theft is under investigation.
On March 2 at 3:29 p.m. Amanda Brady, 19, of 1224 Tanner Hall, was arrested for theft under $500. She was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
On March 2 at 11:41 p.m. Xavier Purnell, 18, 817 Tanner Hall, was given a notice to appear April 3 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of drug paraphernalia in Tanner.
On March 3 at 12:19 a.m. nonstudent Eric Trump, 20, of Carlinville (IL) was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
On March 3 at 1:06 a.m. Connor Keough, 18, of 1504 Tanner Hall, was given a notice to appear April 3 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Tanner.
On March 3 at 3:07 a.m. three students in Tanner Hall were judicially referred for possession of cannabis.
On March 3 at 9:20 p.m. Danny Nottolini, 19, of 1604 Tanner Hall, was given a notice to appear April 3 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor in Tanner.
On March 3 at 9:49 p.m. Richard Rappley, 18, 1015 Thompson Hall, Joshua Folk, 19, of 1015 Thompson Hall, nonstudents Meggen Southern, 18, and Michael Caballero, 18, of Elburn (IL), Michael Ralph, 19, 1016 Thompson Hall, nonstudent Jared Allen, 18, of Earlville (IL), Shannon Hogan, 19, of 930 Thompson Hall, nonstudent Andrew Barth, 18, of Triumph (IL) and Erica Holtman, 19, of 635 Thompson Hall, were each given a notice to appear April 10 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Thompson Hall.
On March 3 at 11:24 p.m. nonstudent Daniel Rubio, 26, of Chicago, was given a notice to appear April 10 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for open alcohol in public near the Charles and Murray streets intersection.
On March 3 at 11:24 p.m. OPS discovered eight vehicles parked in Q-Lot had side mirrors damaged or removed. Estimated damages ranged from $100 to $150 per vehicle. The incident is under investigation.
On March 3 at 11:43 p.m. Moet Dixon, 18, of 1112 Bayliss Hall, was given a notice to appear April 10 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor near the North Quad bus stop.
On March 3 at 11:47 p.m. Thomas Griffin, 19, of 703 Tanner Hall, Kimberly Conrad, 19, of 832 Tanner Hall, Meredith Schulte, 19, 831 Tanner Hall, Kellie Danaher, 19, of 824 Tanner, and Nicholas Bradberry, 18, of 1413 Tanner was given a notice to appear April 10 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Tanner.
On March 4 at 12:20 a.m. Jerry Bagwell, 19, of 913 Washington Hall, was given a notice to appear April 10 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor near Lincoln Hall. Benjamin Cunningham, 24, 913 Washington Hall, was given a notice to appear April 10 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for open alcohol in public.
On March 4 at 1:44 a.m. Ryan Michel, 21, of 423 W. Wheeler St., was given a notice to appear April 10 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for open alcohol near East Village.
On March 4 at 1:56 a.m. Maxwell Welty, 19, of Macomb, was given a notice to appear April 10 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis less than 10 grams in Tanner Hall. A student was judicially referred for possession of cannabis.
On March 4 at 6:14 p.m. a student reported that the passenger mirror, valued at $250, had been removed while the vehicle was parked in L-Lot. The incident is under investigation.
