On March 23 at 11:15 p.m. Chelsea Bertalot, 19, of 1101 Lincoln Hall, was given a notice to appear May 1 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) in Lincoln Hall.

On March 24 at 12:53 a.m. four students in Higgins Hall were judicially referred for possession of cannabis.

On March 24 at 1:52 a.m. Demosthenis Tingas, 20, of 711 W. Carroll St., was given a notice to appear May 1 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor near the Johnson and Adams streets intersection.

On March 24 at 2:51 a.m. Cory Hamic, 20, of 1318 Washington Hall, and nonstudent Carl Stiefelmayer, 19, of Waukegan (IL), were arrested in L-Lot for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Stiefelmayer was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. They were lodged in the McDonough County Jail. Victoria Davis, 19, of 826 Thompson Hall, was given a notice to appear May 1 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

On March 24 at 8:19 p.m. Tyler Steward, 20, of 1215 Tanner Hall, and nonstudents Daisy Felix, 18, and Makayla McClellan, 18, both of Burlington (IA), were each given a notice to appear May 1 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Q-Lot.

On March 24 at 8:55 p.m. Samuel Baylor, 19, of 1505 Tanner Hall, Patrick Harlan, 18, of 1504 Tanner Hall, and Andrew Crowley, 19, of 1512 Tanner Hall, were each given a notice to appear May 1 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Q-Lot.

On March 24 at 9:31 p.m. nonstudent Daniel Declerck, 19, of New Windsor (IL), was given a notice to appear May 1 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Q-Lot.

On March 24 at 11:13 p.m. nonstudent Demarcus Holman, 23, of Chicago, was given a notice to appear May 1 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for open alcohol in public in the 1300 block of West Adams.

On March 24 at 11:24 p.m. nonstudent Ryan Seymour, 21 of Centreville (VA), was given a notice to appear May 1 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for open alcohol in public near the Charles and Murray streets intersection.

On March 24 at 11:38 p.m. Jared Yasenko, 22, of 1305 Washington Hall, was given a notice to appear May 1 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for open alcohol in public near the Charles and Pierce streets intersection.

On March 24 at 11:52 p.m. nonstudent Jennifer Zambrano, 18, of Lake in the Hills (IL), was given a notice to appear May 1 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 500 block of West Adams.

On March 24 and March 25 between the hours of 11:18 p.m. and 12:53 a.m. five students reported damage to their vehicles (mirrors broken or missing) while parked in the Garwood Hall Lot. Estimated damages ranged from $50 to $300.

On March 25 at 12:16 a.m. Cayla Marconi, 20, of 1314 Lincoln Hall was given a notice to appear May 1 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor near the Charles and Murray streets intersection.

On March 25 at 12:51 a.m. Eric Claussen, 20, of 1020 Henninger, was given a notice to appear May 1 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 700 block of West Adams.

On March 25 at 1:59 a.m. Katie Merlo, 18, of 1525 Thompson Hall, was given a notice to appear May 1 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Thompson.

On March 25 at 2:38 a.m. nonstudent Ryan Hahn, 21, of Stillman Valley (IL), was given a notice to appear May 1 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for open alcohol in public near the Charles and Murray streets intersection.

On March 26 at 1:11 a.m. a building service worker in the University Union reported finding BB gun projectiles near Murray Street Cafe and two windows in the cafe had been shot and broken, causing approximately $800 in damages. The incident is under investigation.
