On May 4 at 1:36 p.m. a student reported that her iPhone had been taken from a Morgan Hall restroom. The theft is under investigation.
On May 4 at 1:40 p.m. a student reported that her cell phone, valued at $200, had been taken from the Browne Hall bus stop. The theft is under investigation.
On May 5 at 12 a.m. Paul Skolnik, 18, of 1406 Tanner Hall was given a notice to appear June 12 on a Macomb city ordinance violation for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) in Q-Lot.
On May 5 at 2:09 a.m. Michael Francik, 20, of 1900 Higgins Hall, was given a notice to appear June 5 on a Macomb city ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Higgins.
On May 5 at 2:16 a.m. nonstudent Jacob Nicely, 20, of Mokena (IL), and Kristina Kahlhammer, 19 of 1635 Thompson Hall, were each given a notice to appear June 5 on a Macomb city ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Thompson Hall.
On May 5 at 2:19 a.m. one student in Tanner Hall was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
On May 5 at 3:17 a.m. Michael Sluzewicz, 19, of 1509 Tanner Hall, and Steven Mutz, 19, of 1003 Thompson Hall, were each given a notice to appear June 12 on a Macomb city ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor near the University Union lot. Mutz was also given a notice to appear on a Macomb city ordinance violation for possession of a false ID.
On May 5 at 5:06 p.m. a University golf course employee reported that a golf cart had been damaged. Estimated damage was placed at $1,000.
On May 5 at 6:29 p.m. a student in Grote Hall was judicially referred for behavior.
On May 5 at 10:16 p.m. nonstudent Jade Talbott, 18, of Granite City (IL), and Grace Burns, 19, of 1236 Tanner Hall, were each given a notice to appear June 5 on a Macomb city ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 700 block of West Adams Street.
On May 6 at 1:35 a.m. Brennan Paar, 19, of 416 Higgins Hall, was given a notice to appear June 12 on a Macomb city ordinance violation for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia near Wigwam Hollow Road.
On May 6 at 2:26 a.m. a housing employee reported that the mirror in the men's basement restroom in Henninger Hall had been broken. Damage was estimated at $108.
On May 6 at 2:57 a.m. Dyllan Miller, 20, of 620 Bayliss Hall, was given a notice to appear June 5 on a Macomb city ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor near Brophy Hall.
On May 6 at 11:09 a.m. one student in Washington Hall was judicially referred for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams).
On May 6 at 6:47 p.m. the Macomb Fire Department responded to a fire alarm in Tanner Hall. It was determined that the pull station on the second floor had been activated. There was no fire and there were no injuries.
