Office of Public Safety Report - 2012-06-27 to 2012-06-29
On June 28 at 12:02 a.m. OPS officers and the Macomb Fire Department responded to a reported fire on the first floor of Currens Hall (west side mechanical room). The Macomb Fire Department extinguished the fire, which was contained to the electrical panel of a chiller unit. A damage estimate was not available. On June 28 at 4:57 p.m. a university employee reported her unlocked bicycle, valued at $180, was stolen sometime between 4 p.m. and 7:50 p.m. June 27 from the bicycle rack located at the southeast entrance of Thompson Hall. The incident is under investigation.
