On Aug. 17 at 7:32 a.m. a University employee reported that graffiti had been spray painted near the west entrance of Sherman Hall. The incident is under investigation.
On Aug. 18 at 1:35 a.m. one student near the Charles and Pierce streets intersection was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
On Aug. 18 at 2 a.m. three students in the Knoblauch Hall lot were judicially referred for open alcohol in public.
On Aug. 18 at 2:22 a.m. Jeffrey Lindfors, 22, of 1412 Henninger Hall, was given a notice to appear Sept. 25 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) and drug paraphernalia in Q-Lot.
On Aug. 18 at 11:43 a.m. a student reported she was physically assaulted (grabbed) by person known to her while in the University Union. The incident is under investigation.
On Aug. 18 at 1:22 p.m. a juvenile was arrested in a residence hall for possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia.
On Aug. 18 at 11:52 p.m. one student near the Charles and Pierce streets intersection was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Nonstudent Andrea Woods, 19, of Rock Island, was given a notice to appear Sept. 25 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
On Aug. 19 at 12:39 a.m. one student near the Charles and Pierce streets intersection was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
On Aug. 19 at 12:53 a.m. Garon Hock, 20, of 1420 Bayliss Hall, was given a notice to appear Sept. 25 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor near the Charles and Pierce streets intersection.
On Aug. 19 at 1:04 a.m. one student near the Charles and Pierce streets intersection was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
On Aug. 19 at 1:39 a.m. nonstudent Justin Nall, 20, of Clayton, was given a notice to appear Sept. 25 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 1000 block of West University Drive.
On Aug. 19 at 2:09 a.m. two students in Tanner Hall were judicially referred for possession of cannabis.
On Aug. 19 at 2:12 a.m. Peter Adamis, 18, of 906 Higgins Hall, was given a notice to appear Sept. 25 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Grote Hall. One student was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
On Aug. 19 at 3:29 a.m. nonstudent Alana Brown, 18, of Griggsville, was given a notice to appear Sept. 25 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in the Mowbray Hall lot.
On Aug. 19 at 4:43 a.m. the Office of Public Safety was called to assist the Macomb Police Department for the report of a large fight with possible weapons at the Adams and Charles streets intersection. Macomb Police arrested a nonstudent juvenile of Chicago for mob action and aggravated battery. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
On Aug. 20 at 2:14 a.m. Stacey Haynes, 22, of 815 Henninger Hall, was given a notice to appear Sept. 25 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
