On Aug. 20 at 2:30 p.m. a student reported someone had stolen his Apple iPhone 4S, valued at $300, from the University Union. The theft is under investigation.
On Aug. 20 at 8:14 p.m. two students in Tanner Hall were judicially referred for suspicion of cannabis.
On Aug. 20 at 8:20 p.m. three students in Higgins Hall were judicially referred for cannabis.
On Aug. 20 at 10:35 p.m. a student in the Corbin/Olson complex was judicially referred for behavior.
On Aug. 21 at 1:45 a.m. non-student Siddarth Perini, 19, of Peoria (IL), was given a notice to appear Sept. 25 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for consumption of alcohol by a minor near the intersection of Adams and Ward streets. A non-student juvenile with Perini was taken to OPS, processed as a juvenile, and released to the custody of a parent.
On Aug. 21 at 1:51 p.m. a student reported her wallet, unknown value, was stolen from her Tanner Hall room. The theft is under investigation.
On Aug. 21 at 3:04 p.m. Ashley N. Jones, 18, of 614 Higgins Hall, was given a notice to appear Sept. 25 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for fighting near the Higgins Hall smokers' area (outside) between 6 and 8 p.m. Aug. 20.
On Aug. 21 at 5 p.m. an employee reported an individual intentionally exposed himself to her while she was working in the men's locker room of the Spencer Student Recreation Center on Aug. 20. The incident is under investigation.
On Aug. 21 at 5:25 p.m. a student in Corbin Hall was judicially referred for behavior.
