• On Aug. 27 at 12:41 p.m. John Land, 30, of Hamilton, was issued a notice to appear in court Oct. 2 for Macomb City ordinance violations of possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia in the wooded area behind Higgins Hall.

• On Aug. 27 at 8:40 p.m. a student in Washington Hall was judicially referred for drugs.

• On Aug. 27 at 11:29 p.m. Emile J. Jordan and Edward G. McCurdy, both 18 and of 1507 Tanner Hall, were given notices to appear in court Oct. 9 on Macomb City ordinance violations for possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia in Tanner Hall. Another student was judicially referred for possession of cannabis.

• On Aug. 28 at 9:09 p.m. two students were issued judicial referrals in Q-Lot for cannabis.
