• On Sept. 4 at 5:25 p.m. a student reported an iPhone 4 stolen from the third floor of Morgan Hall. The phone was valued at $400. The theft is under investigation.

• On Sept. 4 at 9:05 p.m. Jeramie Okoh, 18, of 1019 Tanner Hall was issued a notice to appear in court Oct. 9 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis in his residence hall room. A second student was judicially referred for drug possession.

• On Sept. 4 at 8:30 a.m. a student in H-Lot was issued a judicial referral for behavior after he was found in possession of a stolen parking hang tag.

• On Sept. 4 at 10:15 a.m. a student reported her purse, containing a wallet and credit cards, stolen from her vehicle. No value of the stolen items was given.
