Office of Public Safety Report - 2012-09-07 to 2012-09-10

On Sept. 7 at 11:35 p.m. Johnathon Koprucki, 18, 711 Tanner, was issued a notice to appear Oct. 9 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

On Sept. 8 at 3:25 a.m. Deyoun Mables, 20, of 509 W. Murray St., was arrested on campus for criminal trespass. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.

On Sept 8 at 2:06 p.m. Robert James, 19, of 723 W. Calhoun St., was issued a notice to appear Oct. 9 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Q-Lot.

On Sept 8 at 3:20 p.m. Sarah Rodriguez, 20, of 1509 W. Jackson St., Apt. 3., was issued a notice to appear Oct. 9 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Q-Lot.

On Sept. 8 at 7:30 p.m. one student in the 900 block of North Charles Street was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

On Sept. 8 at 10:11 p.m. nonstudent Taylor Wright, 18, of LeClaire, IA, was issued a notice to appear Oct. 16 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 600 block of West Murray Street.

On Sept. 8 at 10:27 p.m. nonstudent Kelsey Anderson, 20, of Geneseo, was issued a notice to appear Oct. 16 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor near Charles and Pierce streets intersection. One student was judicially referred fr illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. One juvenile was arrested for possession of cannabis (less than 2.5 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

On Sept. 9 at 2:14 a.m. Nicholas McCartney, 18, of 632 Higgins Hall, was issued a notice to appear Oct. 9 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor near Western Avenue and University Drive.

On Sept. 9 at 2:39 a.m. Andrew Kastenbaum, 20, 1120 Washington Hall, was issued a notice to appear Oct. 16 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Olson Hall.
