On Sept. 12 at 1 p.m. two students in Higgins Hall were issued judicial referrals for behavior.
On Sept. 13 at 10:28 p.m. Kyrah Williams, 21, of 420 Bayliss Hall, was arrested on two McDonough County warrants for failure to appear in court and failure to comply with a payment order. She was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
On Sept. 13 at 2:15 p.m. two students in Higgins Hall were issued judicial referrals for cannabis.
On Sept. 14 at 1:46 a.m. Justin Bohnenstiehl, 20, 305 Washington Hall, was arrested at at the Chandler and Charles streets intersection for misrepresentation of age to obtain alcohol and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
On Sept. 14 at 2:30 a.m. Andrew Pestrak, 18, of 1613 Tanner Hall and Joshua Nielsen, 18, of 1620 Tanner Hall, were arrested in Tanner for illegal c onsumption of alcohol by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both were lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
