On Oct. 8 at 1:40 a.m. three students received judicial referrals for possession of bb guns in Tanner Hall.
On Oct. 8 at 2:10 p.m. an employee reported the theft of a WIU banner, valued at $150, from Hanson Field. The incident is under investigation.
On Oct. 8 at 5:50 p.m. Shavounta S. Hudson, 19, of 233 Corbin Hall, was issued a notice to appear Nov. 27 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) in Corbin Hall.
On Oct. 8 at 7:53 p.m. Samuel R. Gellman, 24, of 201 Lincoln Hall, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis (less than 2.5 grams) in Lincoln Hall. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
On Oct. 8 11:05 p.m. an employee reported criminal damage to the entry doors of Simpkins Hall (far east side). Damage is estimated at $300. The incident is under investigation.
On Oct. 9 at 4:08 p.m. a student reported damage to his vehicle, which was parked in Q-Lot earlier in the day (Oct. 9). Damage is estimated at $100. The incident is under investigation.
