On Oct. 22 at 12:45 p.m. Blake C. Pettinelli, 19, of 719 Corbin Hall, was arrested for theft under $500 in Mowbray Hall for stealing a keg on Oct. 20. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
On Oct. 22 at 10:48 p.m. three students received judicial referrals for drugs (cannabis) in the wooded area near the northeast entrance of Higgins Hall. Hannah M. Geiger, 18, of 925 Higgins Hall, was issued a notice to appear Nov. 27 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession drug paraphernalia.
On Oct. 22 at 11:54 p.m. an employee reported criminal damage to a first-floor Tanner Hall Circle window. The damage, estimated to be $700, appeared to be the result of a shot from a bb gun. The incident is under investigation.
On Oct. 23 at 10:20 a.m. a student reported the theft of her wallet and items in it, valued at $79, sometime between 10 p.m. Oct. 22 and midnight Oct. 23 from the 19th floor of Higgins Hall. The incident is under investigation.
On Oct. 23 at 10:33 a.m. a student reported the theft of several items, valued at $745, from his locked car parked in Q-Lot sometime between 5 p.m. Oct. 22 and 10:03 a.m. Oct. 23. The incident is under investigation.
On Oct. 23 at 2:30 p.m. a student reported she was sexually assaulted in a residence hall room by person known to her on Oct. 22. The incident is under investigation.
On Oct. 23 at 6:01 p.m. three students received judicial referrals for cannabis in the wooded area near the south side of Tanner Hall.
