On Oct. 29 at 3:06 p.m. a student received a judicial referral for behavior after he was caught writing his initials in wet cement on a newly resurfaced parking lot near the Heating Plant. No damage estimate was available.
On Oct. 29 at 2:24 p.m. a student reported his iPod Touch, valued at $250, had been stolen from Brophy Hall. The theft is under investigation.
On Oct. 29 at 6:02 p.m. Ryan P. Henry, 18, of 908 Tanner Hall, was issued a notice to appear Dec. 4 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) in Tanner Hall.
On Oct. 29 at 8:18 p.m. a student reported his Apple iPhone 4, valued at $200, had been stolen Oct. 29 from the Spencer Student Recreation Center. The theft is under investigation.
On Oct. 30 at 8:30 a.m. an employee reported an Apple MacBook laptop computer had been stolen sometime between 9 p.m. Oct. 29 and 8:10 a.m. Oct. 30 from an unlocked room in Browne Hall. The item's value was not available, and the theft is under investigation.
On Oct. 30 at 6:16 p.m. a student received a judicial referral for behavior, possession of stolen property, in Tanner Hall.
