On Dec. 3 at 12:40 p.m. Bbing M. Kates, 19, of 1015 Lincoln Hall, was arrested outside of Horrabin Hall on a LaSalle County warrant for failure to appear on purchase of liquor by a minor charges. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 1:02 p.m. where he was lodged pending bond.
On Dec. 3 at 5:07 p.m. Sabreena L. McGlothan, 18, of 1410 Higgins Hall, and Marcellus E. Collier Gilmore, 19, of 1538 Higgins Hall, were each issued a notice to appear Jan. 15 on a Macomb city ordinance violation for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) in Higgins Hall.
On Dec. 3 at 9:47 p.m. Derice G. Black, 18, of 1506 Tanner Hall, was arrested in Tanner Hall on burglary charges and possession of another's credit, debit or identification card. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 9:57 p.m. where he was lodged pending bond.
On Dec. 3 at 10:48 p.m. an employee reported that someone had torn a toilet off the wall in the ninth floor men's bathroom in Tanner Hall. Damage was estimated at $350. The incident is under investigation.
On Dec. 3 at 11:29 p.m. a student in Tanner Hall reported $80 cash stolen from his wallet sometime between 9-10:10 p.m. (Dec. 3) from his unlocked residence hall room. The theft is under investigation.
On Dec. 4 at 4:10 p.m. former student Efrain T. Dickson, 20, of 700 Linden Lane, #603, was arrested on battery and mob action charges related to an incident that occurred on Dec. 2 in L-Lot. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 5:18 p.m. where he was lodged pending bond.
