On Dec. 7 at 11:15 a.m. Trey Grant, 19, of 603 Lincoln Hall, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 11:29 a.m. pending bond.
On Dec. 7 at 10:17 p.m. Tiona M. Mahon, 20, of 1304 Henninger Hall, was arrested in the University Union on a warrant for failure to appear in court/failure to pay a fine. She was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 10:21 p.m. pending bond.
On Dec. 7 at 10:19 p.m., Keianna Miller, 25, of 324 W. Carroll St., was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, possession of 2.5-10 grams of cannabis, manufacture or delivery of between 2.5-10 grams of cannabis and no proof of insurance after a hit-and-run accident at Union Drive and Murray Street. She was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 11:05 p.m. pending bond. A passenger, non-student Jamica Burns, 33, of Macomb, was issued a traffic citation for operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and illegal transportation of alcohol.
On Dec. 8 at 9 a.m. a student reported a mirror was broken off of his car while it was parked in Q-Lot. Damage was estimated at $200.
On Dec. 8 at 4:24 a.m. two students were judicially referred in Tanner Hall for behavior for failing to pay for a taxi fare.
On Dec. 8 at 3:25 a.m. Brian Walters, 23, and Grant Gaskill, 22, both of 1409 Lincoln Hall, were arrested for obstruction of justice and reckless conduct after allegedly throwing items from their residence hall room window and for failing to answer the door for police officers. Both were lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 4:44 a.m. pending bond.
On Dec. 9 at 10:26 p.m. nonstudent Ashley Wagner, 18, of Plainfield was issued a notice to appear in court Jan. 22 on a Macomb city ordinance violation for possession of drug paraphernalia in Bayliss Hall. A student was issued a judicial referral for drug paraphernalia.
On Dec. 9 at 2 a.m. the glass in a fire extinguisher box was reported broken out on the 13th floor of Henninger Hall. Damage was estimated at $40.
On Dec. 9 at 2:51 a.m. Jose Rodriguez, 21, of 1009 Bayliss Hall, was issued two notices to appear in court Jan. 22 for Macomb city ordinance violations of possession of false identification and possession of drug paraphernalia in Bayliss. Michael J. Martinez, 20, of 1009 Bayliss Hall, and Nicholas A. Bradberry, 22, of 1010 Bayliss Hall, were each issued a notice to appear in court Jan. 22 on a Macomb city ordinance violation for possession of cannabis.
On Dec. 10 at 12:30 a.m. a student in Lincoln Hall was issued a judicial referral for behavior.
